1. Processing silage with high bale density and high bale bundling rate
2. The bales can be directly transported to the trailer to save labor cost
3. Low maintenance cost and long service life
4. The bales can be delivered to the trailer through parallel chute system or the baler machine can be directly connected with the trailer through straight chute system, save another tractor cost
HIGH-DENSITY BALER K868
The FORTSCHRITT K868 high density baler machine is the latest design of the FORTSCHRITT baler machine family tree. The machine can be used with tractors equipped with 70-110 horsepower engines. The baler can pick up straw, herbs and green grass for husbandry feedstock.
One of the unique selling points of the K-868 is the automatic loading system, allowing to load the bales in one go. Field testing showed that the K-868 is also able to process rice straw.
A K868 can clean 1 hectare (10,000 sqm) in approximately 30 minutes. FORTSCHRITT has modified the K-868 with added features such as headlights in order to make work in darkness possible as well as stronger suspenders & springs.
